Remember when I got super-pumped to find out my face would be on a READ poster in our campus library? (See entry here.) The READ poster has arrived! Here’s the proof!
Unfortunately, they spelled my name wrong. They’re going to fix it, though.
I’m famous! My prayer is that everyone who passes by this poster will go get a copy of Gone with the Wind and read it. Amen.

I think the misspelled name was God’s way of helping you with a dose of humble.
That’s exciting! I need to go to the library and see it.
Oh, I’m sorry, I was going to comment on my friend Sarah Martindell’s blog, but I see now that I have the wrong one….My apologies, Ms. Martindale.
What a great picture! Maybe they’ll let you keep that one since there is going to be a new “correct” one.
How wonderful! I need to get to the college and see it!
If it was me, I’d ask if I could keep the one with my name spelled correctly, and let them keep the one that has the misspelling. Any one who knows your face won’t be relying on that poster to know how to spell your last name… and anyone who doesn’t know you by sight won’t really care about a typo in your last name.
Congrats again on the honor of having your face on a “Read” poster. My photo didn’t come out as well as yours… and is in black and white too boot. (pasted below for your viewing amusement)
