Two years ago, I donated ten inches of my hair to Locks of Love.

Look at me holding my decapitated hair. Isn’t that creepy? In case you were concerned, the hairstyle eventually settled down from its poofiness. My hair was thick enough to donate two ponytails. Thick hair can be both a blessing and a curse.

Antelope Island on the Great Salt Lake

Yesterday evening my friend and I traveled to Antelope Island State Park, where a herd of bison roam and sulphur permeates the air. This was my first view of the Great Salt Lake.
